Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. May install or service lighting, intercom systems, or electrical control systems.
Grow Tyler Union’s Central Region Plant market share through specification efforts and by managing, maintaining and expanding existing distributor base while providing quality customer service in support of the sales and profitability goals for the assigned region. Assist customers, Engineers, end users and peers with technical questions and installation needs through superior product knowledge.
Grow Tyler Union’s Western Region Plant market share through specification efforts and by managing, maintaining and expanding existing distributor base while providing quality customer service in support of the sales and profitability goals for the assigned region. Assist customers, Engineers, end users and peers with technical questions and installation needs through superior product knowledge.
Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments including outside vendors according to the production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules both internally and externally; conferring with department personnel, supervisors and vendors to determine progress of work and expected completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, and costs. Communicate lead times, delays and shortages to all appropriate personnel as required.
Directly supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of CNC Flange Machinists in the facing, milling, and drilling of multiple sizes of ductile iron pipe fittings through the operation of different types of CNC machines.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Tyler Union policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Plan, direct, and coordinate the production and maintenance activities and resources necessary for the production of ductile iron fittings on a no-bake molding line in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
