Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments including outside vendors according to the production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules both internally and externally; conferring with department personnel, supervisors and vendors to determine progress of work and expected completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, and costs. Communicate lead times, delays and shortages to all appropriate personnel as required.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. May install or service lighting, intercom systems, or electrical control systems.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Develop strong communication networks and relationships with distributors, engineers, and municipalities.
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of distributors.
- Submit weekly reports to management highlighting market conditions.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, marketing techniques, etc.
- Participate in trade associations, including assisting with seminars, trade shows, and presentations.
- Focus on sales growth of multiple product lines.
- Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager to monitor needs/concerns within the territory and for allocation of resources.
- Prepares price quotations or bids based on knowledge of material and most recent market conditions.

Grow Tyler Union’s Western Region Plant market share through specification efforts and by managing, maintaining and expanding existing distributor base while providing quality customer service in support of the sales and profitability goals for the assigned region. The Logistics Manager will plan and direct the movement, distribution, and storage of materials – to include coordinating the shipment of finished products to Tyler Union’s customers while developing metrics and processes to ensure targets of 100% fulfillment and 95% OTD are achieved. This position will drive process improvements and create an engaging environment in which the team is enabled to reach its goals and objectives. Responsibilities may also include interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning assigning and directing work; conducting employee performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans.
Manage the overall operations of a ductile iron foundry while being responsible for labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as directed by Tyler Union. Responsibilities may include interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning assigning and directing work; conducting employee performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans.
The primary focus of this position is to manage client relationships and provide service to existing customers by entering orders and ensuring accurate and timely shipment. Customer service both before and after the sale will be required. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) acts as a customer advocate while supporting the Outside Sales team in their sales and relationship efforts. ISRs are required to use product knowledge to generate solutions that meet customer needs and company objectives.
Plan, direct, and coordinate the production and maintenance activities and resources necessary for the production of ductile iron fittings on a no-bake molding line in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
